Shipping is purchased by the Scorpion Percussion customer when the order is placed. It is an agreement entered into between the Scorpion Percussion customer and each respective shipping carrier. Scorpion Percussion currently acts as a 3rd party to the shipping agreement and provides access to the lowest shipping rates possible based on order volume. For inside the US, we currently offer USPS and UPS. For international, we use DHL. Once an order is fulfilled and accepted by the carrier at pickup, the liability for the order shifts to each respective carrier. If an order is stolen or lost, a missing package notice and a refund should be filed with the respective carrier. Our customer service representatives will work to resolve the issue as best possible and to be equitable on behalf of all parties. Scorpion Percussion is not liable for missing packages.
