Shawn McSparin is a professional drummer and music executive with West Fifth Entertainment, based out of St. Jacob, IL….a small town rooted just outside St. Louis, MO. Shawn began playing drums at a young age in 1984, when that new TV Channel had Night Ranger’s Sister Christian on repeat….over and over! Building a strong foundation in 80s Rock, 90s Country, and developing timing, and musical versatility, Shawn has played in several regional bands while also maintaining West Fifth Entertainment where he is the Entertainment Relations Coordinator. As of 2015, Shawn has been the Tour Manager/Drummer for Shotgun Creek, a band based in the St. Louis area, where he continues to perform and connect with audiences through dynamic live show throughout the Midwest! Throughout his career, Shawn has also had the opportunity to perform with notable artists including Bryan White and Brady Seals, further broadening his experience across the country and country-rock music scenes. His background as a working drummer continues to influence his approach to the entertainment industry, emphasizing collaboration, musical integrity, and a deep respect for the craft.
