Scorpion Percussion has created a stick that simply works. The balance feels natural, the durability is unmatched, and they hold up through the hardest sets I play. They're not just part of my setup—they're an essential part of my sound

From the age of two, music has been at the center of my life. Long before I could fully walk, I was sitting on my father’s knee behind a drum kit, immersed in the sounds of classic rock legends such as The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Queen, and The Moody Blues. What began as childhood fascination quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for rhythm, performance, and musical expression.

At age 12, everything changed when I first heard Moving Pictures by Rush. The technical brilliance, creativity, and musicianship—particularly the drumming of Neil Peart—inspired me in a way no music ever had before. In that moment, I knew I wanted to pursue drumming professionally. That realization sparked a relentless commitment to developing my craft and building a career in music.

In 2010, I co-founded Silent Theory in my hometown of Moscow, Idaho. Through years of recording, touring, and performing, the band has earned a reputation for delivering powerful, high-energy performances grounded in technical precision and musicianship. My approach to drumming combines discipline, creativity, and passion, allowing me to connect with audiences both on stage and in the studio.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to more than 211 million YouTube views and over 91 million Spotify streams. Silent Theory has charted ten songs on radio, with four tracks added to SiriusXM Octane, and has performed at ten major festivals while completing multiple national tours as both a headlining and direct-support act. Most recently, our song “Fragile Minds” received A2IM Two-Star Certification from Luminate.
