As one of the early members that helped build the NEPA Underground Scene, Bill has opened for and recorded with many National Recording Artists and was the drummer for several of the biggest cover bands in the area. An award-winning artist, Bill started his new band Black Hill Rebels and will be mostly writing, recording and releasing music. Bill has been widely regarded as one of the best and most powerful Drummers in the Tri-State area of PA, NY and NJ for decades with Pave the Way and Our Ashes Remain being his most recent projects on the last 15 years. With Black Hill Rebels, Bill is looking to push the envelope further with his music and drumming with the first album being released in late 2022 or early 2023. Along with playing, Bill has started to build custom drums via his business; BL Drum Works. He only records with his own sets now and is available to build custom snares and sets for all.
