Bachir Ramadan has been a key figure in the Middle East’s metal scene, making a lasting impact on both Beirut and Dubai’s underground metal communities. His journey has seen him play with influential death metal bands such as Perversion, The Weeping Willow, Khavar, InnerGuilt and Nervecell. Over the years, he has also been involved in several live and session projects, showcasing his versatility as a drummer.
Bachir has had the opportunity to tour Europe with Nervecell in support of Past, Present... Torture and was part of the French death metal band Crusher for a period of time. Since 2018, he has also been the live drummer for the Lebanese experimental metal band Khavar. Currently endorsed by Bosphorus Cymbals and Czarcie Kopyto Pedals, Bachir continues to be an active force in the metal scene. His influences range from classic rock legends like John Bonham and Nicko McBrain to extreme metal greats like Gene Hoglan and Pete Sandoval.
