Scorpion Percussion was founded on a simple truth: the sticks we were using couldn’t keep up with the way we played. We were tired of compromising — on quality, feel, or durability. So we stopped settling, and we started building.
From day one, our goal was clear: create a stick that feels right, lasts longer, and performs under pressure — because we’re drummers too, and we know what’s on the line when you’re on stage or in the studio.
Many-a-wooden dowel were sacrificed in the name of science while we designed the perfect drumstick.
From Garage to Gig-Ready
Scorpion Percussion didn’t start in a boardroom — it started in a garage, fueled by late nights, loud music, and relentless trial and error.

What began with a small lathe at home has grown into a fully equipped shop with national distribution — but the hands-on spirit hasn’t changed. We’ve moved our workshop to an owned space in San Diego, and are still refining, finishing, and testing every stick ourselves.
This isn’t just a product. It’s a movement — forged from sweat, sound, and a sheer need for better drumsticks.
