Celebrating 40 Years of Delirious Nomad with Gonzo Sandoval and Armored Saint

Armored Saint is commemorating the 40th anniversary of their seminal album, Delirious Nomad, with a special tour featuring a five-song micro set dedicated to the record.

The tour includes a headlining show at The Glass House in Pomona, California, on October 17, 2025.

Released in 1985, Delirious Nomad marked a pivotal moment in the band's evolution. Produced by Max Norman, known for his work with Ozzy Osbourne, the album showcased a more refined and technical sound compared to their debut. Tracks like "Long Before I Die" and "Conqueror" highlighted the band's growing musical sophistication.

Drummer Gonzo Sandoval, a founding member, has been instrumental in shaping the band's rhythm section. His powerful drumming on Delirious Nomad laid the groundwork for the band's signature sound. Fans can expect a dynamic performance as Armored Saint honors this milestone.

To celebrate the anniversary, the band is offering a limited-edition Delirious Nomad guitar, wrapped in custom artwork and signed by all members. Additionally, exclusive merchandise commemorating the album is available.

Tickets for the Pomona show are on sale now. Don't miss this chance to experience a piece of metal history live. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the official Armored Saint website.

Gonzo "Drums of Thunder" Sandoval proudly plays 5B Acorn 16.5" and 2B Acorn 16.5" both with Venom Grip. His signature model is available for purchase. A portion of all proceeds support Gonzo directly.
