Growing up with a father who was a drummer, watching him and my uncles jam, it felt right to get started on drums. I got my first kit at 9, mostly because my mom was sick of me pounding on all of her furniture. At the tail end of High school I started jamming with friends, leading to shows. Didn't take long and we were opening for touring Thrash and Death Metal bands of that time. Mid/Late 90's I got called to join a signed Death Metal band Jungle Rot and played for them for about a year. After that I've been in numerous bands like InSpiteofYou, Bloodstream Parade, The Parallax Effect, and Broadcast The Signal, leading me to Backlash where I am today. I've put in nearly 38 years of my life into drumming in one way or another, and I hope to keep going for many more years.
