Born and raised in Memphis, TN, DJ Petty has been behind the drums since the age of four. Now based in Oklahoma City, he brings over 25 years of experience shaped by Gospel roots, church rhythms, and the deep Blues and soul of Beale Street. His powerful, expressive style has led him to perform with artists such as Josh Roberts, Shortt Dogg, Ckai Dawson, Rod Porter, and The Evan Michael’s Band. Proudly Immortal and a member of the Scorpion Percussion Family, DJ Petty continues to honor his roots while pushing rhythm forward.
