Anastasia McCoy is from Mishawaka, Indiana, and has been playing drums since she was twelve years old. Having studied under skilled instructors, she considers hers an exciting journey, living in the Michiana area, home to a vibrant music scene. She plays at local venues, sharing the stage with talented musicians whose enthusiasm and passion for music is contagious, and she’s grateful for the kind and generous people that have included her as a young musician. Anastasia loves being host drummer at a local open mic night once a month where she’s had the privilege to meet and play with several professional musicians, and she’s often challenged to learn music on the fly right before performances.
